| Applications are being accepted for the 2009 National Streams of Language, Memory, and Lifeways Conference for Tribal Archives, Libraries and Museums to be held in Portland, Oregon, from October 19 to 22, 2009. You may either submit an online application, through the conference website, or download the application and mail a hard copy. |

Rendezvous 2009 | |
| A Northwest History and Heritage Extravaganza, including the 2009 Oregon Heritage Conference, the Pacific Northwest History Conference, and the annual meetings of the Northwest Archivists and the Northwest Oral History Association, will take place April 15 through 18 in Portland. The Extravaganza will have the theme of "Rendezvous 2009!" The theme reflects the sharing of ideas, perspectives, skills, and cultures in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest that will take place at the Extravaganza.
