Pacific Northwest History Conference
| The 57th annual Pacific Northwest History conference will be held in conjunction with the conferences of the Northwest Archivists, Inc., and the Northwest Oral History Association May 68, 2004, at the Red Lion Inn, Olympia, Washington. The theme of the meeting is "Collaborations: Recording, Researching, and Writing Pacific Northwest History." Presenting the Past Lecture Series at OHS

Sponsored by the Oregon Historical Society and Friends of History
at Portland State University, "Presenting the Past" is a series
of talks that present historical research in progress. Monthly presentations
are held on Saturday mornings at 11:00 a.m. at the Oregon Historical
Society, 1200 S.W. Park Avenue, Portland. All talks are free and
open to the public and include questions and discussion afterward.
