Bill Bush is visiting assistant professor of history at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He received his Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. His current book project, based on his dissertation, is entitled The Origins of the Super-Predator: Race and Juvenile Delinquency in Twentieth-Century Texas.

Gregory Michael Dorr is a postdoctoral associate at the Center for the Study of Diversity in Science, Technology, and Medicine at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was previously an assistant professor of history at the University of Alabama. He has published a number of articles on southern eugenics.
