| 2 | FRANK J. WILLIAMS is an attorney in Providence, Rhode Island. He has served as president of the Lincoln Group of Boston since 1976, and chairs the Lincoln Advisory Committee of Brown University. He authors an annual article on Lincoln for Hobbies magazine.
