Jones, of Chicago, is the moving spirit in this affair. ]ones does not command the serious attention of any one who knows him, in fact he is what is known as a pretty good ''faking'' If the President were to write him any kind of letter he would use it in a way to make money out of various individuals throughout the country. I am quite sure he does not mean to have any exposition, and of course the itlea of getting up such an exposition within so short a time is absurd.
