Lillian M. N. Stevens ~ Lillian Marion Norton Ames Stevens (~844-~9~4) was a crusader for temperance arid women's rights. She was a founder of the Maine Woman's Christian Temperance Union in 18 and served as treasurer and then president from 1878 until her death. She became president of the National WCTU in 1898 and vice-president of the world organization in 1903.
