The duties of Lady Principal are to have control of the girls in al] that pertains in their school life that is their physical, mental, moral and religious training. The Lady Principal is assisted by two matrons regularly and the Lady Principal has authority to demand whatever assistance she thinks best of the ten or a dozen lady teachers connected with the school. The Lady principal has the control of the class work for both sexes and is responsible for the cleanliness of the class rooms. In a general way, ~ think ~ have outlined all the duties. We have few cast iron rules and you would find yourself at liberty to make many 255
