Tuskegee Normal School can never forget its Northern friends. Miss Davidson has written Mrs. Hemenway a letter of thanks. With this generous gift we are able to complete our payment on the land, however this will not cause us to slacken our efforts in doing all we can for ourselves. Miss Davidson deserves all the good things which Mrs. Hemenway says of her. Please find enclosed my check for $19.00 which I believe is the teal. due on your loan. Sincerely yours B. T.
