The page presentation framework of the Booker T. Washington papers is designed to provide researchers worldwide with searchable access to the thousands of pages comprising the fourteen volumes, most of which are out of print. Adapted from the National Academy Press's Open Book framework, this framework allows searching down to the page level, provides sorting of search results chronologically, enables easy navigation across multiple volumes, and allows page-by-page local printing (via PDF) of every page.

A BIBLIOGRAPHY OF THE WRITINGS OF BOOKER T. WASHINGTON THIS BIBLIOGRAPHY is intended to serve as an accurate guide to books and articles written by Booker T. Washington. It falls somewhere between the terms ''comprehensive'' and ''selective.'' Omitted from the list are the many public speeches by Booker T. Washington which were subsequently published in periodicals and newspapers and in book form as collections or anthologies. Also omitted are Washington's many letters to the editors of newspapers and magazines. In addition, a few titles found in other bibliographical listings were omitted because the editors were unsuccessful in efforts to locate them. Also omitted! are all reprints of Washington's articles in other magazines and newspapers. Serialized versions of several of Washington's books are included. These correspond closely with the texts of the book versions, but they also contain illustrations not used in the books. Books and articles below are listed in chronological order. The asterisks preceding the titles indicate those published writings of Booker T. Washington that appear in this series, in the preceding volumes. BOOKS Daily Resolves. New York: E. P.
